  • Heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, without greasing; 
  • Heat for about 2 minutes until it loosens from the edge, then flip the tapioca; 
  • Shred the beef jerky and set aside. 
  • In a saucepan, add a drizzle of olive oil, chopped onion, and garlic. 
  • Sauté and add the beef jerky. 
  • Stir well until the beef is ready to serve. 
  • Cover half of the tapioca with grilled cheese, let it melt, and spread the beef jerky on top; 
  • Add this filling to the dough and fold the tapioca; 
  • The tapioca is ready! Serve immediately.
