- In a skillet, add the mashed banana, cinnamon, honey, and grated coconut to taste;
- Keep stirring until the banana caramelizes with the cinnamon (about 2 minutes) and set aside;
- Heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, without greasing, adding chia seeds to the dough;
- Warm for about 2 minutes until it loosens from the edges, then flip the tapioca;
- Add the banana mixture and fold the tapioca.
- Let it cook for another minute and serve;
- The tapioca is ready! Serve immediately.
