  • In a skillet, add the mashed banana, cinnamon, honey, and grated coconut to taste; 
  • Keep stirring until the banana caramelizes with the cinnamon (about 2 minutes) and set aside;
  • Heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, without greasing, adding chia seeds to the dough; 
  • Warm for about 2 minutes until it loosens from the edges, then flip the tapioca; 
  • Add the banana mixture and fold the tapioca. 
  • Let it cook for another minute and serve; 
  • The tapioca is ready! Serve immediately.
