- In a bowl, mix the tapioca, coconut milk, and eggs.
- In a frying pan, make thin disks with the batter.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, place a layer of batter.
- Assemble the lasagna by layering sauce, batter, ham, and mozzarella, ending with a layer of sauce.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Ready! Serve immediately.
