Preparation Method

1Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2Spread the tapioca starch in the skillet to form a disc.
3When the starch has bound together, add the sun-dried beef and coalho cheese on top.
4Fold the tapioca in half and leave for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
5Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
