Sun-Dried Beef Tapioca with Coalho Cheese

Preparation Method

1. 1Place the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over heat, without greasing.
2. 2Heat for about 2 minutes, until the dough starts to pull away from the edge.
3. 3Carefully flip the tapioca and set it aside in the skillet.
4. 4Shred the previously cooked sun-dried beef and set aside.
5. 5In a pan, add a dash of olive oil, chopped onion, and garlic.
6. 6Sauté until lightly golden.
7. 7Add the shredded sun-dried beef and stir well until thoroughly heated and ready to serve.
8. 8With the tapioca still in the skillet, cover half the surface with coalho cheese.
9. 9Let the cheese melt.
10. 10Spread the sautéed sun-dried beef over the cheese.
11. 11Fold the tapioca in half, forming a half-moon shape.
12. 12Serve immediately while still hot.
