In a bowl, mix the tapioca, coconut milk, and eggs. In a skillet, make thin discs with the batter. Grease a baking dish with olive oil, place a layer of batter.



Assemble the lasagna by layering sauce, batter, ham, and mozzarella. Finish with a layer of sauce and sprinkle grated cheese, then cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.



Ready! Serve immediately.
