Preparation Method

1In a bowl, place the tapioca starch, add the egg and whisk as if making an omelet.
2In a non-stick skillet, without greasing, add the mixture and heat for about 2 minutes until it pulls away from the edge.
3Flip the crepioca disc and let it lightly brown on the other side.
