- Preheat the oven to 160ºC; In a bowl, mix the eggs, coffee, tapioca, and baking powder, stirring gently until the batter is smooth;
- Grease a small bowl with butter and place a heaping teaspoon of sweet milk in the center;
- Pour the batter around, covering the sweet milk and filling the bowl.
- Place a handful of chocolate chips dipped into the batter;
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and place a small plate on top, then flip onto the plate;
- Decorate with chocolate chips on top to finish;
- It's ready! Serve immediately.
