In a skillet, add mashed banana, cinnamon, honey, and grated coconut to taste. Stir continuously to caramelize the banana with cinnamon (about 2 minutes) and set aside.

Heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet without greasing, adding chia seeds to the batter. After adding the tapioca to the skillet, heat for about 2 minutes until it releases from the edges, then flip the tapioca. Add the banana mixture and fold the tapioca. Leave for another minute on the heat and serve!
