Tapioca Cake (No-Bake)

  • 500g Da Terrinha granulated tapioca;
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar;
  • 1 liter of hot milk;
  • 200g of grated coconut;
  • 1 small bottle of coconut milk;
  • 1 can of condensed milk.

Ingredients

  1. Mix the tapioca and sugar, gradually adding the hot milk.
  2. When it starts to become creamy, let it rest for 10 minutes, as the tapioca will swell a bit.
  3. After this time, add the grated coconut and coconut milk, stirring well.
  4. Grease a mold with condensed milk, pour the batter, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish or individual cups and garnish with toasted coconut.
  6. Serve chilled.
