INGREDIENTS: Cassava starch and water.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight and moisture. Once opened, seal the packaging, keep refrigerated at 4 to 8ºC, and consume within 5 days.
Preparation Instructions:
- Heat a medium-sized frying pan (10 cm in diameter and 3 cm thick) over low heat for one minute.
- Spread approximately 100 g of ready-to-use tapioca dough evenly over the surface of the frying pan.
- Continue heating on low for two minutes until the tapioca forms.
- Spread your preferred filling on top of the formed tapioca.
- Continue heating until the filling is warmed, then fold the tapioca in half over the filling.
- Serve the tapioca while still warm.
