Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight and humidity. After opening, close the packaging, keep refrigerated at 4 to 8ºC (39-46ºF) and consume within 5 days.
Heat a medium-sized skillet over low heat for one minute. Spread the desired amount of Da Terrinha® Ready-to-Use Tapioca Gum over the surface of the skillet to cover it. Continue heating over low heat for two minutes until the tapioca forms. Spread your preferred filling over the formed tapioca. Continue heating until the filling is warm, then fold half of the tapioca over it. Now just serve. Enjoy your meal!
