- Add the egg to the dough and heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, without greasing;
- Heat for about 2 minutes until it loosens from the edge, then flip the tapioca;
- Mix the tuna with the cream cheese, chives, and parsley;
- Add this filling to the dough and fold the tapioca;
- The tapioca is ready! Serve immediately.
