  • Add the egg to the dough and heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, without greasing; 
  • Heat for about 2 minutes until it loosens from the edge, then flip the tapioca; 
  • Mix the tuna with the cream cheese, chives, and parsley; 
  • Add this filling to the dough and fold the tapioca; 
  • The tapioca is ready! Serve immediately.
