If you prefer, use a hand mixer directly in the pot to blend the peas.

Ingredients

500 g - Da Terrinha green peas

250 g - Chopped potato (2 medium units)

1 1/2 - Thin calabresa sausage

1 tablespoon - Complete seasoning

to taste - Garlic

to taste - Onion

to taste - Coriander

Preparation Method

1Cook the Da Terrinha green peas in 3 liters of water for approximately 55 minutes until soft.
2While the peas are cooking, cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in a little water until soft.
3Slice the sausages and sauté in a skillet using garlic, onion, and coriander (or seasonings of your choice).
4When the peas are cooked, blend them in a blender (it may be necessary to add some of the cooking water if it is too thick).
5Put the blended pea cream back in the pot, add the cooked potatoes and the sautéed sausage.
6Add the complete seasoning, mix, and once it boils again, your soup is ready.
7Serve immediately.
