PREPARATION

Cook the rice over low heat until soft.

Heat the milk separately in a saucepan until it boils.

When the rice is cooked, add the hot milk and stir constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Incorporate the condensed milk and cinnamon to your preference, and continue stirring until thickened.

To finish, turn off the heat, add the cream, and mix for a few more minutes.

  • 600 ml of hot milk
  • 1 box of condensed milk from Da Terrinha
  • 200 g of cream
  • Cinnamon powder from Da Terrinha (to taste)
