Serving suggestion White bean salad Time: 60 minutes Yield: 4 servings Ingredients: 200 g of Da Terrinha White Beans; 1 calabrese sausage link. For the vinaigrette: 1 tomato, seeded and chopped; ½ onion, chopped; 5 green olives and 5 black olives; Fresh herbs, vinegar and olive oil; 1 bell pepper; Black pepper and salt to taste; 2 Da Terrinha bay leaves. Preparation method: Soak the beans for 30 min. Then cook in a pressure cooker with the bay leaves and enough water to cover the beans by 2 fingers. After it reaches pressure, cook for half an hour (the beans must remain firm). Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. Make a "vinaigrette" with the tomato, onion, bell pepper, olives and fresh herbs, and season to taste. Place the sausage, cut into small cubes, over the heat and let it brown in its own fat (if you prefer, remove the excess oil with a paper towel). Mix the sausage, the vinaigrette and the beans, and serve.
ALLERGY ADVICE: May contain soy and wheat. CONTAINS GLUTEN.
