150g - Guava Paste or Guava Jam

300g (grated or in pieces) - Mozzarella

Preparation Method

1Place the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over heat, without greasing.
2Heat for about 2 minutes until it pulls away from the edges, then flip the tapioca.
3Add the mozzarella and let it melt.
4Place the guava paste over the tapioca while still in the skillet.
5Fold the tapioca and serve immediately.
