  • Heat the Da Terrinha tapioca in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, without greasing; 
  • Warm for about 2 minutes until it loosens from the edges, then flip the tapioca; 
  • Add the mozzarella and let it melt, then place the guava jelly or guava pieces on the tapioca still in the skillet and fold the tapioca; 
  • The tapioca is ready! Serve immediately.
