- Mix the tapioca and melted butter;
- Cover the bottom of a mold with the dough and bake for 5 minutes at 200ºC. Set aside;
- Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and honey. Set aside.;
- For the sauce, mix the blackberries and culinary sweetener, then bring to a boil;
- Cover the dough with the cream, then freeze for 20 minutes;
- Remove from the freezer, place on a dish, and cover with the blackberry sauce;
- It's ready! Serve immediately.
